Wu said he learned that Hyperliquid's ecosystem capital and the prediction market infrastructure Nova Markets announced on X that they have completed financing, with investors including Wintermute, Robot Ventures, Big Brain Holdings, Cumberland, GSR, Greenfield, Hash3, Bodhi Ventures, Kairos Research, etc. Dragonfly investor Tom Schmidt later quoted the tweet, stating that the team has issues and criticized the current round participants for not conducting minimal due diligence; he added that, as he understands, most of the investors on the list are existing firms that had previously invested and were included in this round for display, without providing new capital, including Robot Ventures, Wintermute, etc.
