In this regard, I believe many of these projects will survive.

But surviving is not the same as delivering a better long‑term ROI than $BTC.

A big difference.

Altcoins can have brutal impulses for several months, and then it makes sense to be in them only if you know when to enter, why you enter, and when to exit.

The problem is that most spot holders do not trade altcoins.

They “hold on”.

They believe in the team, narrative, news, sect, roadmap, partnerships and “technology”, while the price for years makes lower highs against BTC.

Therefore they are often bigger gamblers than active traders.

A trader at least knows they are speculating.

A holder often thinks they are investing, but actually just holds illiquid risk without an exit plan.

Entry is paid cheaply.

Exit a bit more expensive.

Technology changes fast. If a project stalls for four years, the market may already be telling you that capital is looking for something new.

Not everything that falls is — accumulation.

Sometimes it is just weakness.

Sometimes it is just distribution.

Sometimes it is just a project that no longer has the strength to surpass BTC.

Therefore:

Trade it. Don’t date it. 🚀
