    📌 CEO Strategy Phong Le sold 93,738 shares of $MSTR on 05/06 at an average price of about $118.73 per share (raising more than $11.13M). 📌 However, the transaction occurred immediately after he was vested with 190,740 PSU on 03/06. The amount sold represents ~49% of the newly received shares. 📌 The filing states that the sale was carried out under a 10b5-1 plan established in May 2024 and was used to pay tax obligations arising from the PSU vest. Nonetheless, the timing is very sensitive as Strategy has just sold $BTC after many years. The CEO's transaction will be interpreted by the market as insider selling.
