I've added $10,000 in my #Altcoin portfolio. It's that time of the month, the DCA buys! This time, it's one day earlier as we'll be travelling to Proof of Talk tomorrow in Paris, hence easier to be deploying capital on the Sunday prior rather than on a business day. The fun fact: I've not done much this time with the portfolio. The main reasoning is that the markets still need to decide which direction they'd like to go to and not many assets look like they are ready to turn the bullish cards, unless they break crucial levels and start to flip bullish on the lower timeframes. The total invested amount: $170,000. Current balance of the portfolio: $91,459.77 Current drawdown: -46.21% We're getting in better territories! The trades I've allocated $10,000 into the #Altcoin portfolio and I've essentially kept it simple this time. 1. I've added $6,000 into $SEI at $0.06846. The total position in SEI is now 354073 pieces for a total of ~$24,000. 2. I've added the other $4,000 into $USDC waiting for a position to come that is interesting to take. The first one is the only asset in my portfolio which has a reasonable change of breaking out upwards in such a way that it might be following the big guns BNB, XLM and others. I've got strong conviction in that and there's a technical reason of why this could be happening as there are: - Constant higher highs, higher lows on several timeframes. - Strong support/resistance flips on the daily timeframe. - Strong volume inflow on the pair itself. - Strong bullish divergence on the BTC pair ready to be played out and that could initiate a potential move of 50-80%. My personal targets for this one, in the short-term: $0.10 and $0.12. Depending on the sigma variance from the 21-Day MA and the technical indicators at that level I'd be willing to be taking profits of the table for this one. With the current size of this one, that would provide a $12,000-18,000 profit on the trade. Secondly, I'm waiting for more conviction on some of the pairs to be adding funds. That means: - Looking for flips on the 4H/1D timeframes to be deploying capital into positions. My short list of trades: $EIGEN, $TAO, $W are the ones for this one. - I'm looking for a deeper dip on $NEAR to be deploying capital into this one, if I get the opportunity. I'm looking ready to be generating a lot of momentum into June with some breakout trades!
