    It will be interesting to see whether this partnership will create a similar impact on Ethena's product growth as it did with Morpho. Coinbase originated more than $2.5B in cumulative loans on Morpho. There are not enough details on the deal yet, but buying the token in the open market and partnering with the company as a distributor is a strong signal for $ENA.

    yes this is cool because it allows Ethena to tap into the largest earn program in crypto but more importantly it demonstrates the appetite and ambition of this team i wrote this a few weeks ago when i started the vibe inside the company feels much more like it’s Day 1 than 2yrs post TGE after an explosive 24/25 a lot of work has been put in preparing Ethena for an even bigger 26/27 countdown is on

    📍Coinbase invests in Ethena, ENA spikes 📌 Coinbase Ventures bought ENA directly on the open market, instead of investing equity or participating in a private round as funds usually do. 📌 Rather than “investing in a project,” Coinbase chose to buy the $ENA token outright. This is far better than typical agreements, showing that Coinbase believes in the token’s upside; the project can tout many numbers, but if the token price still falls, it means nothing. 📌 At the same time, Coinbase and Ethena announced a partnership to expand on‑chain financial products and savings products for Coinbase’s over 100 million users. 📌 Ethena has USDe, a synthetic dollar model with yield; if Coinbase integrates ENA’s model directly onto a CEX, Ethena will reach U.S. users much more strongly.
