    Binance announces the launch of U.S. #stock trading #Binance launched trading for more than 7,000 U.S.-listed stocks and exchange-traded funds for customers outside the United States, with zero commission and fractional share purchases starting at $5. Customers can open and fund trading positions using USDC, USDT, BNB, and several other supported digital assets. Broker-dealer #NestTrading will facilitate stock purchases, while New York-based #Alpaca will provide custody services, process dividend distributions, and manage corporate actions. Binance also unveiled #bStocks, an upcoming feature that will allow users to tokenize their stock holdings on the #BNBChain, enabling 24/7 trading, near-instant settlement, and integration with #DeFi applications such as lending and liquidity provision.

    Previously I discussed the safety issues of Pre-IPO with everyone, and explained the relationship between SPV and SPV mirrors to the community. In particular, this tokenized Pre-IPO is essentially a price‑tracking tool; it cannot be settled, nor can it confer any rights, and its liquidity operates independently.     Just a couple of days ago, people were saying that many Pre‑IPO projects were listed on various CEX/DEX, and everyone could happily speculate in advance. Then Anthropic and OpenAI both issued statements: "Any stock transfer not approved by the board of directors is null and void." This includes SPVs, tokens, forward contracts, etc. Spot markets for $ANTHROPIC, $OPENAI, $SPACEX and the like all plunged near 40%. Interestingly, for example OKX’s pure contract products (bidirectional betting) fell relatively less, perhaps because they don’t actually hold real stocks, they just bet on the price.
