XYO nodes will monitor Theta's EdgeCloud infrastructure, measuring key metrics such as uptime, latency, and throughput of AI workloads. These measurements will be recorded as cryptographic attestations on XYO's Layer One and in its “Data Lakes”, creating an independent and verifiable audit record.

According to research cited by both projects, organizational AI adoption reached 88% in 2025, and 23% of companies are already scaling agentic AI systems.
