Debated buying some $OPN but chart still looks like it needs a bit more time to chop. Going to check out another one today called $LMTS limitless. It's on Coinbase spot which is pretty nice but the chart is pretty hard to read...it did a 2x recently from the lows but still unclear levels for me. The exchange itself reminds me of a sports betting website, the UI and all. Volume looks pretty miniscule and I'm guessing these are going to play out a bit how regular exchanges do- the bulk of the volume is on 1 cex and then you have several other incumbents. Both Kalshi and PM will prob still be #1/#2 but there should be some decent repricing if and when Polymarket comes out with their token. Going to keep checking others out too I think and make a list.

Gonna chart some prediction market coins over the next week or two...not sure if any of these will play catch up with Polymarket but could be interesting to do some DD on these when the time comes closer. $OPN got rekt before, down 80% in the span of like 2 months. Strong +20% move today The platform itself seems pretty slick but I highly doubt some of these #s in terms of volume; probably just a lot of wash trading going on (that's every PM though). going to keep an eye on this one and put it on my watch list to see if there's any follow up to this pump. Got trapped by $OPN and felt foolish. Checked Dune; the trading volume in the past few days is barely second place (though still far behind Polymarket's scale), but daily active users have dropped to just three to five hundred. Is it that Asian users aren't comfortable with prediction markets, or that all Asian prediction market participants only use Polymarket? 🤔 I saw on @opinionlabsxyz that a 10% arbitrage opportunity hasn't been taken by anyone (of course, the settlement date being the end of the year is also an issue). Currently, the probability that Polymarket will issue a token larger than 5B is only 47% (it's not that people are pessimistic about this market cap; it's that a token not issued by year-end will be resolved as No), while the probability of issuing a token by year-end is 57%. In other words, buying >5B and a year-end non-issuance only costs 47c + 43c = 90c, which guarantees receiving $1 by year-end. A 10% return over 9 months translates to roughly a 13% annualized yield. Of course, the black swan would be Polymarket issuing a token this year but failing to reach 5B, which would be a total loss... Can't be, right? That seems unlikely?! 😱
