🤖 Theta and XYO partner to build a cryptographic proof layer for AI agents

@Theta_Network and @OfficialXYO have announced a strategic alliance to develop a blockchain verification infrastructure that independently certifies the performance of artificial intelligence agents in enterprise environments.

The collaboration aims to solve a critical problem: companies are increasingly relying on AI agents for important decisions, but lack an auditable external record that confirms the infrastructure operated correctly.

🔗 How will the integration work?

XYO nodes will monitor Theta's EdgeCloud infrastructure, measuring key metrics such as uptime, latency, and throughput of AI workloads. These measurements will be recorded as cryptographic attestations on XYO's Layer One and in its “Data Lakes”, creating an independent and verifiable audit record.

📊 Context and current adoption

According to research cited by both projects, organizational AI adoption reached 88% in 2025, and 23% of companies are already scaling agentic AI systems. Theta and XYO highlight that cloud providers cannot independently audit their own infrastructure, and that enterprises demand auditable records and clear chains of responsibility.

The integration is already being tested in real deployments with organizations such as Olympique de Marseille and teams from the NBA, NHL, and MLS.
