    So, Ventuals just confirmed that they will use 13.075B outstanding shares to resolve the $SPACEX market. At the current market price $2050, that implies an effective SpaceX IPO entry price of $157 per share. That's roughly 8% below the price implied by $SPCX on @tradexyz for exposure to the same asset btw.

    $SPCX is selling off. Per Reuters, SpaceX plans to raise $75B by selling 556M shares at $135, implying a $1.75T valuation. Float post-IPO is expected to be just ~4% (13.1B shares outstanding). Meanwhile, pre-IPO shares on @tradexyz are trading at $164, implying a $2.15T valuation (+22% vs IPO). SPCX perps on @ventuals imply roughly a $1.94T valuation. That's about a 10% spread with only one week until IPO and funding still reasonable. Long Ventuals + short tradeXYZ looks like an interesting setup (assuming you're comfortable with the Ventuals risks).
