    This is typical and quite honestly frustrating, its based on one persons take on the current state of things in Cardano. The issue isnt what is said its more how they write an article based on a one sided take on youtube with someone who is obviously frustrated with how things are going. No matter your position here its impossible to provide full context on everything Cardano, absolutely impossible. The thing that I have issue is I read the article and know there are either half truths, conjecture and here-say laced in there or a complete mis-understanding of our current state. This then is taking as fact, used to make a headline by people who have never had our best interests at heart and delivers it to the massess as evidence we are struggling more then others, why? He literally serves it up to them on a silver platter. The easiest way to “prove its true”is take it straight from the founders mouth” if Charles says it its gospel to the crypto believers and holders” and their reaction Sell sell sell https://t.co/bVsdgVaI2C

    I voted Yes on all 6 IO 2026 treasury proposals that passed. I genuinely want the deliverables - Leios scaling, Cardano upgrades, Plutus improvements, maintenance, high assurance, and dev experience - to be met. These are important for Cardano’s future. However, these proposals were calculated and presented around a ~$0.25 ADA peg. With ADA now trading around $0.16, the fixed ADA amounts approved deliver significantly less USD purchasing power (~35-40% reduction) than the original plans assumed. My core concern: I do not want IO taking treasury funds if they know (or should know) they cannot fully deliver the stated objectives, timelines, and KPIs on this reduced real budget. Before any on-chain Treasury Withdrawals execute and ADA permanently leaves the treasury: Can @IOGroup and @IntersectMBO publicly commit that they will still meet all core deliverables - or clearly state what will be adjusted/removed and why? If they cannot guarantee delivery at the reduced purchasing power, the responsible action is not to withdraw the funds. Unspent or unneeded amounts should return to the treasury, as is standard. This is basic accountability, like hiring a builder for a home extension: if material costs suddenly double before work starts and they can’t guarantee completion at the agreed scope, then the treasury should not hand over the money hoping for the best. You reassess or cancel. I supported these proposals because I believe in the work. But treasury stewardship demands we protect the community’s funds when market reality changes pre-disbursement. Transparent guarantees (or adjusted scopes) would let me (and others) continue supporting with confidence. What are the thoughts of the Cardano community?
