Kappy CTO IMPORTANT NOTICE

Following discussions regarding the NFT launch, no agreement was reached on revenue sharing or CTO participation. The artist (@sebbsssss) has chosen to proceed independently with full control over royalties.
For transparency and context:
•Since the CTO began, the project has been sustained
•and operated through: Full takeover and
management of all socials
•Community coordination and moderation
•Ongoing engagement, visibility, and narrative control
•Acting as the public-facing lead for Kappy

Despite these contributions, CTO participation was not recognized in the NFT structure.

As a result, it is important to make this clear to the community:

The Kappy NFT launch with @bythenAI has no affiliation with @kappybruh or $KAPPY.

All connections between the CTO/community and the NFT launch have been formally severed.
