    A few people asked how the winner was chosen, so here’s the simple version. The $XRP Ledger creates a new validated ledger about every 3 to 5 seconds. Every ledger receives a unique Ledger Hash, which is a massive random-looking string of letters and numbers generated by the network itself. The important part: ❌ I can’t predict it. ❌ I can’t choose it. ❌ I can’t change it. ❌ Nobody in the contest can influence it. Once the contest ended, we took the first validated $XRP Ledger after midnight PST and used its public Ledger Hash as the randomness source for the draw. We then combined: • The Ledger Hash • The contest identifier • The contest date That produced a random result used to select a winner from the list of qualified entries. Because the $XRP Ledger is public, anyone can: 🔹 Look up the exact ledger we used 🔹 Verify the Ledger Hash 🔹 Recreate the draw themselves 🔹 Confirm the same winner is produced That means the winner wasn’t picked by me, wasn’t picked by MONOLITH, and wasn’t picked by anyone involved in the contest. The $XRP Ledger provided the randomness. That’s why we call it a verifiable on-ledger draw. Transparent. Public. Reproducible. Exactly how a contest built around $XRP utility should be run.

    What's the dispute? CLARITY Act The biggest issue is the yield of stablecoins. Banks are wary that deposits will flow to the crypto side. On the other hand, the crypto industry pushes back, saying that if yield is completely banned, there’s no point. Is it likely to be decided with zero interest? In short, ❌ Yield just for holding ❌ Rewards essentially the same as bank deposit interest ❌ Periodic rewards based on balance are heading towards prohibition. Conversely, ✅ Used for payment ✅ Sent in transfers ✅ Utilized the network ✅ Used specific services These “activity‑based rewards” are seen as a viable compromise to keep. So the current trend, in a word, not “zero interest” but “holding‑yield banned, usage rewards allowed.”

    Just a slightly niche post I also read this article, and it doesn't explain how BofA makes real-time settlements~ The substance behind what's called real-time settlement has several methods if it's actually settlement at a later date So, how do they do it? 🤔✨

    で、ここに書いてあるメキシコのSPEI、英国のFaster Payments Service、インドのUnified Payments Interface（UPI）の中で上二つのメキシコ・英国はリップルが即時決済でけっこう絡んでるんだよな🤔
