Today, Ondas $ONDS filed a prospectus supplement (under the existing shelf registration) with the SEC to cover the resale of 2.112.674 ordinary shares by certain shareholders, shares derived from the acquisition of Omnisys. What it is and what it is not: It is not a new capital issuance. By registering the resale of already issued shares instead of raising fresh capital, Ondas avoids immediate dilution, although it introduces additional tradable float to the market over time. In other words, the count of shares outstanding does not change; what changes is the liquid float available for sale by the former Omnisys stakeholders.

$ONDS crazy bullish price action today. $11.60 has been extremely strong resistance, with the stock never closing above this level since February. Today, it wicked down to exactly $11.60 and bounced, now potentially flipping it to support. Just more confluence that it's heading back to ATHs if we can close above this level.
